Supervisors' Finance Committee to vote on Redevelopment's fast-track plan to gentrify Bayview Hunters Point. This plan will place the entire community, as well as $187 Million of tax increment money under the exclusive control of the Redevelopment Agency for the next 30 to 45 years.
