SF Gray Panthers will be at the
California Alliance for Retired Americans Convention
The 4th annual convention of the California Alliance for Retired Americans will be held in San Diego on October 21 and 22. We are community organization members of CARA. Our Board voted to send two delegates and provide $500 toward their expenses. Michael Lyon will be one of them. Who else would like to go?
As part of CARA, we work to educate about and to include as part of their program the issues that are important to us—out of Iraq, single payer, civil liberties, human rights, etc.
